Prices and Information

• The prices indicated are per day and per apartment.
• All prices are inclusive of bed linen, bath towels and tea towels, as well as Wi-Fi, use of our underground car park and MOBILCARD for the whole of South Tirol
• Plus local residency fee (local tax) of €1.75 per person/day (for 14 years and older)
• Final cleaning: €40 – €50
• For every extra person in the apartment (spending the night on the sofa bed in the open-plan kitchen): €15

Arrival and departure:
apartment will be available to you from 3pm on the day of arrival. Earlier arrival may be possible following prior arrangement. You must vacate the apartment by 9.30am on the day of departure.

• All apartments are non-smoking; you may smoke on the balcony.
• Reservations: A deposit is required to secure a reservation.

Payment:
We accept the following means of payment: Cash payment, non-transferable cheque and bank transfer. Unfortunately, payments with credit card, debit card and ATM card are not possible.

Cancellation terms:

There will be no cancellation fees for cancellations done up to 61 days before arrival date. For cancellations done within 60 to 31 days before arrival date, 40% of the apartment price agreed will be charged, and from 30 days onwards the cancellation fee will be 80%.

Please understand that we will charge the full apartment price even in the case of delayed arrival or early departure.
